Cladding in schist and texturing with white weatherboard and black cedar, this contemporary home designed by VIKON is located in Hobsonville. An individual developer came to us asking for a valued design with high-end materials. What inspires us was that each half of the land was located in different zones in the same section so that the house can be designed to have a maximum value depending on different criteria.

The layout of the house was modern and easy to use. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in this 360 sqm house. The ensuite has a glamour sea view with an open deck. The L-shaped kitchen was fully functional and sleek. The Marble look benchtop leads to a secret figure-push cabinet door which the wet kitchen was hiding inside.
