Cladding in schist and textured white weatherboard and black cedar, this contemporary home located in the Hobsonville area and was designed by VIKON. The individual developer came to us for a valued design with high-end materials. What brought us inspired was each half of the land was located in different zones in the same section. so the house was designed to have a maximum value depending on different criteria.

The layout of the house was modern and easy to use. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in this 360 sqm house and the ensuite have a glamour sea view with an open deck. The L shape kitchen was functional and sleek. Marble look benchtop leading to a secrete figure-push cabinet door which wet kitchen was hiding inside.
