Tiya is the architectural designer in Vikon, designing all kinds of housing based on clients’ needs. With a Bachelor Degree in Architecture Design, also a Graduate diploma in construction project management in NZ, Tiya owns several years of architectural design working experience both in China and NZ, with rich medium density residential development experience in particular. Tiya has good coordination skill, an eye for details, efficient working style, strong adaptability, a positive can-do attitude, and she is good at delivering possible solutions. Working strictly to clients’ needs, Tiya aims to determine every potential of the houses, as well as making full use of the land and space for the purpose of providing the ideal housing to her clients through her design.
